    What temperature was it after resting? If below 140 it was medium rare. Equal and above, medium

    In between Medium and Medium-rare, though closer to Medium.

    Medium to medium well, some of the pieces are medium well, but the center of the steak definitely medium

    note thermometer is necessary to really know, those center pieces could’ve been at the edge of medium rare
