Opening decades too early, but this bottle is actually pretty good. Balanced, expressive bordeaux fruit, blueberry liqueur, vanilla, and even some of that classic italian leather at this early stage. I got out of the wine storage hobby so I probably won’t get to try this one at maturity unless I find another in 15-20 years, but the 2021 is a treat.

Hey buddy what the hell
Glad you said it yourself, mate
I can understand tasting a young gem like this this early, the wine will always deliver, it’s the glass i have a problem i thought i didn’t have , until i saw it 🤣, i hate it , mind you , i have a few stemless myself but always see them as picnic glass and not grand crux level.
2021? OMG, you’re raping this!!
No stem is the real crime here
The best wines of the world are balanced from the beginning. Quality doesn’t just magically appear with age. Age changes wine, it doesn’t make it “better”.
But wtf is that glass?!
Reckless, I say!
Nonononononono 😮💨
Even if it’s “not ready,” this bottle is still one of the top bottles I’ve tasted.
At least put a NSFW label on this! Italians may see it.
Ahhh, that’s one we get pretty regularly. So… I guess I should be storing some?
just a heads up, not sure it’s the case with your bottle but Bolghieri was just envolved in a scandal in Italy.
It was covered by Report it’s an Italian Investigative journalism tv show on RAI in Italy.
they basically state that they have docuements proving wineries like Boglheri use adulturated wine bought from brokers which comes outside tuscany.
