I was craving like hell a lemon cake.

So, I decided to use as a base the vegan Sfouf cake, and to switch some ingredients for lemon juice.

So, the usual truly good Sfouf Lebanese Turmeric Semolina Cake (Vegan) I do is that recipe right there: https://plantbasedfolk.com/sfouf-lebanese-turmeric-semolina-cake/

But for my lemon cake, I swap some ingredients, so those are the following:

1Β½ cups Whole Weat Flour
Β½ cup Semolina
1 cup Raw sugar turbinado sugar
Β½ tablespoon Ground turmeric
Β½ tbs Baking powder
1 cup pure Lemon juice
Β½ cup Neutral oil vegetable or canola or lemon vegetable oil

I greased the pan generously with tahini

I made the glaze with:
2 tbps or more of tahini
3 tbps or more of pire lemon juice
1 tsp of Tumeric
1 cup or more of icing sugar

Sprinkle some black or white sesame seeds

I already ate ΒΌ of the cake while writting this post πŸ‹πŸ€€
