  1. Golden in color.

Nice nose of citrus, lemons, apples, pears, light earth, light oak, spices and herbs.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with apples, pears, lemons, light oak, spices, light earth, herbs and minerals.

Long finish with lemons and light almonds.

This is a delicious Chardonnay from Burgundy. Nicely balanced with a great mouthfeel. Elegant and fruity.

Already showing great complexity, although still very young. I had this vintage a year ago and it is drinking much better already. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.

Needs an hour to open up properly, so be patient.

Good by itself or with food.

    13.5% alcohol by volume.

    92 points.

    $170.

  2. I work with the Delarche wines and directly import them into the US. This wine is fantastic and given the quality a very good deal. You likely bought this through a third party retailer….I sold this very wine for a bit less than you bought it for. Hell of a deal and the rest of their lineup is worth tracking down too. All of their wines punch well above the price point.

The wine better be good, because the money clearly didn’t go into the label
