You may have seen a post a couple days ago talking about some chicken drums I made. Well I finally went and bought some and gosh damn! Idk that I'm ever buying wings when I'm out again.

Put some salt and pepper on them and cooked in the airfryer at 390f for 45 minutes. Forgot to grease the pan so they stuck a bit. Tossed them in a mix of butter, Frank's original, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika.

I'm honestly just in disbelief. I feel like I've been living under Big Wing for too long. No disrespect to the actual wings but the amount I'm saving this way can't be argued with.

I’ve started throwing a pack of these on with my wings when smoking them. Cant beat the value and they taste great cold the next few days….gonna have to try the air fryer one day, it’s just hard when they taste so damn good from the smoker!

No. Legs are sacrilege. If you must take out the mighty wing, replace it with the majestic thigh. A much better piece of meat to put Buffalo sauce on.

Legit it’s great I do drums in the airfryer all the time it’s easy and hits the spot and WAYYY cheaper.

  6. Thighs are even better my guy, drums are great too though. I often smoke some drums when they are on sale, always a hit at gatherings.

  7. I’ve done this before.. Not bad, but I still love my wings.. Now buffalo some turkey wings, and we’ve got a whole new ballgame..

  8. 45 minutes? When I cook legs in the aie fryer they are up to temp and crispy at 22 minutes.
