hell yeah my brother is obsessed with sous vide steak. i like it and find it delicious but prefer a pan seared steak in butter the old fashioned way

Does anyone else have a certain taste that their sous vide creates? I think it’s the plastic we are using, possibly. May have to get some other type of plastic to seal.
