awesome! did you happen to use smoked salmon? i live in an area that doesn’t have any sashimi grade fish options so i love to buy the big $18 slab of smoked salmon from sam’s club and make philly rolls with it :3 it’s a tad saltier than typical sashimi grade salmon but i think it’s really good
