Did 3 dozen wings at 375 for almost 30 minutes. Paper towel dried cornstarch sprinkled and rubbed in . Added salt/pepper/garlic on 2 dozen then used meat church dry rub on the other dozen. 15 minutes out dropped 2 dozen in baby rays buffalo wing sauce then put them back on for another 15 minutes .
