The information here is well-researched and fun to watch. I think this is the first YouTube video I've watched from start to finish! Thanks for the great tips on restarting my plant-based diet this year. I was a pescatarian for more than 3 months last year, but I found myself returning to my old eating habits towards the end of the year (I guess it's because the availability of food during the holidays becomes too much).
