Had dirty fries in many establishments and always underwhelming with fake cheese and way too much sauce so decided to have a go myself.
My own seasoned chicken with red onion spring onion crispy bacon and mature cheddar cheese on triple cooked chips with perinaisse sauce. Thoughts?

I’d say these look the opposite of “dirty” and are fairly “clean and fresh”. Don’t hate it though.

They look good but are in no way dirty nor the dirtiest. That plate needs to be LOADED with cheese, sauce and toppings but just enough for it to feel like you’re uncovering the burial chamber of an ancient pharaoh.
I don’t know the exact difference between dirty fries and loaded fries, but these seem more loaded.
The cheese isn’t even melted…
Looks good. Id use a tad more cheese then pop it under the grill for a couple of minutes before applying the sauce.
Oh and a chopped up red chilli would be a nice addition.
