Nothing revolutionary, but I refuse to pay for a tracking app so this is how I pre-track

Dinner is most of my calories since I’ve been eating a beef stew meal prep, otherwise it’s typically not that high and I like to eat a lot of “snacks” since I like a little bit of everything
