– avocado
– peas
– white rice

Feat. untracked sauces, as I needed a calorie boost. (Kewpie mayo & Chin Su chili sauce – which I strongly recommend)

Yes, I did add a protein shake on the side as my protein wasn’t high enough, and the meat was extremely filling. I’d recommend any vegetable BUT sweet peas, because you will be left with a ridiculous amount. I was trying to work on my fiber consumption, and had peas in the cabinet – just do zucchini or broccoli or ANYTHING else. Hell, replace it with more meat if that’s your style – just don’t do the peas. I love peas and even they were too much for me towards the end. Anyways, enjoy!
