Spent my New Year in Thailand so decided to try Nusura. Food was excellent and the taste is very authentic with strong herbal flavours.
Experience was also wonderful starting with the welcome drinks in the lounge, first amuse bouche in the kitchen then at the highest floor before heading to the main dining room at second floor.
Only downside would be that the staff can be quite pushy and kept nudging me to order a bottle of wine at the beginning.

Fantastic plate ware. However, I would definitely have an issue with staff’s snobbish attitude at a fine dining joint fuck that!
What is the water animal with the stinger that has some sort of shell?
