Pardon me, as I must be overcomplicating this for myself! I'm going to a cabin this weekend and want to feed breakfast to a crowd. The cabin has electricity but not oven. My plan was to make this recipe in an 18 quart roaster oven, but now I'm having trouble with the logistics.

How in the heck would you go about this?
I'd prefer to prep it all at my house before we leave so it will be all ready to go. And I'd like it to be ready the next morning without having to get up early and disturb people still sleeping. I'm in northern MN and temps will be down to 0 degrees over night, so anything left out in the car will freeze.
WHY is this so hard for me to figure out?! Maybe the roaster oven just isn't as good an idea as I thought and I need to revamp my whole plan?
