  2. Is that 8g of protein for 260kcal? Not great. If you’re in calorie deficit, it should be closer to 15g for so many calories. If your entire menu is so low in protein, then this alone could contribute to excess hunger, possibly reduction in muscle mass. I mean, I don’t know what your total calories are, but at a ratio of 8g protein per 260 kcal, if you eat 1500kcal per day, it would be 46g protein per day, which is minimum healthy amount for a 40kg (88 lbs) person.

    But it’s okay. Couple it with some low fat dairy/ham/chicken or some other protein source that gives you 25+g protein in around 250kcal. That will balance it out.
