I guess this is just my weird thing but mixed pasta is the most revolting thing to witness to me. Even two different sized macaronis turn me off

I kinda like the variety you’ll end up with in each bite. Too much work to cook them all properly though at separate times in separate pots

The sauce should be much easier to decide, anything’s better than plain pasta. heat up some melted butter with a bit of cream and parmesan, or some pesto (if you like it).
