Looks spot on. Classic bolognese is one of my favorite foods for sure. I’m used to the carrots being cut smaller so they damn near melt into the sauce, guessing that’s just a personal preference. Regardless, would eat the hell out of that

One of my favorite all time quick meals. Every few months I pick up a 1 lb+ package of the “Meatloaf Mix” from the meat department (1/2 Hamburger :: 1/2 Sausage), sauté the whole thing up with lots of garlic, onions, and small diced carrots. Then portion out in to Ziplocks and drop them in the freezer. Usually have 4 to 5 quarter bags.
Any time I want Bolognese I pull one out, drop it into a pot of spaghetti sauce, focus on making some good garlic bread and a salad and that’s dinner.

I hate to rain on your parade, but there is no such thing as spaghetti Bolognese in Italy. It is a made up dish. In Bologna they have “ragu alla Bolognese”, with very strict rules about what is in the sauce, how it is made and even the dimensions of the pasta that are used in the dish.
