I think your plant looks okay! If you transplant him I would plant him a little deeper into the soil but he looks pretty happy in these pictures to me!

I would plant your tomatoes in the ground, if possible. Plant the first 2 – 3″ of the green plant under the soil, will helps grow a stronger plant.
If you’re stuck with pots, when the plants are a little larger, plant them deeper.
The plants themselves look fine. If you see any bugs, then spray with water and a little Dawn dish soap.
