โžค Ingredients:
2 medium onions
2 stalks of garlic or 1 stalk of leek
2 medium carrots
1 large potato
1 to 1/5 kg of pumpkin
200 ml of chicken or vegetable stock
200 ml heavy cream
Vegetable oil
Olive oil
5 slices of bread
30 g of butter
1 stalk of chives for garnish
Spices include salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian herbs

โžค Tips
1.You could put the bread in the oven for 10 minutes instead of toasting it in a pan.
2.If you are a vegetarian you can use only vegetable stock instead of chicken stock.
3.If you’re vegan or vegetarian try using soy or coconut milk instead of dairy milk and cream.
