One bell pepper – 51 calories
One tomato- 22 calories
2 pieces lean ham (Costco)
Tablespoon butter- 103 calories
Green onion and regular onion- not enough to track calories
Total calories-383 calories
Sauté The veggies then add butter and eggs. I add Tabasco sauce to taste.
