With the above Ingredients for dinner I made;
Tomato salad(balsamic vinegar not shown, also with salt & pepper)
Italian Salad with the olives roasted red peppers, onion, carrot, lettuce. Dressing with red wine vinegar, the olive brine, banana pepper brine, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil
2 Double Patty chicken burgers with an egg added as a binder, seasoned with ancho chilli powder, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, harrisa. Then light spray of olive oil and reduced fat mozzarella gets melted and the patty placed on top then into the buns with “sauteed” poblano and onion using a few sprays of the olive oil.
Fasted all day to enjoy this feast, this system works quite well for me anyone else partake?
