Really hits the spot and with a portion of airfryer fries added I’m stuffed to the brim for +-750 kcal.
**Wrap:** 1 tortilla wrap > 186 kcal 20 g (+- 1 cup) shredded iceberg lettuce > 3 kcal (but often I use more) 1 slice cheddar/burger cheese > 62 kcal 1 tbsp cheese spread > 19 kcal 75 g (2,6 oz) lean beef mince > 131 kcal some pickles > 7 kcal
**Big mac sauce:** 1 tbsp light mayo > 27 kcal 1 tbsp ketchup > 20 kcal 1 tsp mustard > 8 kcal Not measured: pickle juice, 1 tsp chopped up pickle, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder.
Fry the mince with some pepper and salt, I don’t use oil as the mince ”sweats” out some oil. Slap everything on the wrap with 3/4 of the sauce. Fold, put back in the pan to crisp up and melt cheese, done. Use extra sauce for dipping or for the fries
