So I have had these tomato's since the tenth of august last year , this is basically the first plant I've ever tried raising. I don't know what happened but he was thriving and when I switch out his pot for a larger pot, he stopped growing. Also earlier this year he was knocked over and the top half of his foliage snapped so I have very little left. From the photo can someone please help figure out what's wrong. He's been repotted for a few days and he hasn't grown and he's been yellowing day by day. I think its cause of the lack of nutrient but I'm afraid that I may overfeed him as I've already fertilised a couple days prior.
Any help would be deeply appreciated and heavily encouraged. Please I am desperate for him to survive.
Also I live in Australis so it currently summer.

Sorry to say it but that looks like it has no growing points and is almost certainly a goner.. if it was going g to grownit would have done so by now.
What you’re describing sounds like traumatic damage to the plant. I’m not even sure whether this is a proper sucker you’re attempting to prop, or just what remained of the top foliage. It looks like the latter to me, personally. Heavy fertilization for new propagation can also be damaging.
I’m not sure you can do much more than keep the plant in ideal conditions and wait. My guess is that unfortunately it’s already gone.
It Almost looks like it’s over watered to me.
It’s not dead yet. If you feel like you over-fertilized it, take it out of that soil, and put it in some rich soil and start again. Only water it is often as you have to. Tomatoes hate to be overwatered.
