It fills me up for 4-5 hours and is 148kcals. I prefer to have a more calorie dense dinner so I keep breakfast and lunch light on the calories.

I’m just wondering if it’s bad to consume this daily because it’s soft cheese?

Cheese isn’t like…automatically bad for you or anything. Generally it’s seen as unhealthy because it is often high in saturated fat and calories. This pouch is low in fat and calories so that doesn’t apply. It has a good calorie to protein ratio and keeps you full, so I’d say it’s a solid option for you.

  2. I don’t know how people get full on yogurt.

I could eat a gallon of it and not be full.

it’s a pretty healthy option in my opinion, it has Sucralose which is a fake sweetener, opinions differ on if fake sweeteners are good or bad so you can do your own research but overall this definitely falls into the realm of healthy foods to me!

The only thing i’d keep an eye on is the sweeteners and how you react. I used to have the yoghurt version of these daily but eventually developed an intolerance to the sweeteners and lactose and it left me feeling gassy and bloated for the rest of the day

Yogurt is not cheese first of all. Secondly yes it’s fine. The bits of sugar don’t matter if you exercise. It burns off. You’d have to eat a crazy amount of sugar or carbs for it to get stored while exercising.

I used to basically live on these when I was weight lifting and saw no negative changes (other than very ~ stinky farts ~ but that’s my own lactose intolerance speaking). I preferred the pots, but they taste the same.

Also, if you like the little protein cheese blocks: the 50% fat cheese has almost the same nutritional value and it’s much cheaper!
