Ingredients for 6 servings:
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 250 g Greek yogurt
• 200 g sour cream
• 2 cucumbers
• 400 g turkey breast fillet, alternatively chicken breast
• 1 iceberg lettuce
• 1 bell pepper
• 2-3 tomatoes (depending on size)
• 1 tsp each of oregano, thyme, and sweet paprika
• salt and pepper
• olive oil
• a few sprigs of fresh dill and chives
