    Agreed but I’m cheap so I do pork tenderloin

    Agree, perfect meat to Sous Vide. The first reaction from friends/family is usually that they think it’s raw/under cooked 😊

    Always a crowd pleaser. Not everyone likes the fatty bits of a prime rib, but a tenderloin will disappear really fast.

    Try a flat iron. Second most tender cut but not at more flavor:)
