    This looks perfect for me !! Wire to wire medium rare. Maybe closer to rare but I prefer it that way !

    First picture looks like it’s done ‘medium’. Second picture looks a bit more on the ‘medium rare’ side.

    I just ate a three egg spinach and tomato omelette stuffed with Vermont sharp cheddar and chopped thick cut maple bacon.

    If your steak was in front of me right now, I would force purge to make room, and annihilate it.
