1. Get a medium banana and smush it till its pure mush.
  2. Add half a scoop of your protein powder of choice, I chose Muscle Milk’s Vanilla Creme.
  3. Add half a scoop of powdered peanut butter.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of liquid egg whites.
  5. Mix it all together to a smooth consistency.
  6. Cook like a normal pancake and enjoy ❤️
