- Get a medium banana and smush it till its pure mush.
- Add half a scoop of your protein powder of choice, I chose Muscle Milk’s Vanilla Creme.
- Add half a scoop of powdered peanut butter.
- Add 2 tablespoons of liquid egg whites.
- Mix it all together to a smooth consistency.
- Cook like a normal pancake and enjoy ❤️
