NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Neighbors Together and Feed the Need, two local nonprofit organizations are working together to serve hot meals to the community ahead of Christmas.
In honor of the season of giving, the two groups will be giving out hot meals, winter coats, groceries for Christmas dinner, toys, and gift cards to 1,000 Charleston neighbors in need.
They state that this event is designed to help neighbors who have registered to receive much-needed resources, from a warm meal to holiday gifts for their children.

According to the release, the meals will be provided Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint.
The event will be held Dec. 21, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Neighbors Together on Cosgrove Avenue in North Charleston.
