Use that left over turkey 🦃 in this delicious wrap. Or prep this lunch on demand with pre cooked chicken.

In a small bowl combine
1/4 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
20g spinach, chopped
4oz turkey breast or chicken breast
28g shredded cheese. (Use lite or part skim)

Mix well and place into a low carb tortilla (like Carb Counter or Xtreme Wellness Ole)

Wrap up burrito style and spray with spray oil.
Airfry at 400 for about 5 minutes or until crispy and browned
