Typically cooked using a sheet pan I thought to try using a cupcake tin. Simple and quick to make, topped with some wild blueberries, powdered sugar and drizzled with homemade caramel sauce. Yum!

A little cultural history: Germany and Austria have been at an online war for years on how to call „Pfannkuchen“. (It wanders through german subreddits every few months, though it is not as bad as the war of the Krapfen) Germans defend their Pfannkuchen which are a bit thicker dough while austrians defend their Palatschinken, which are a bit thinner dough. (We commonly ignore the swiss people’s stance) In fun online wars, we are at each others throat on how to call this dessert and which filling to use for it.
Even though your dessert looks delicious, you should mentally prepare for germans AND austrians unite against a common enemy: you, who desecrated a traditional dessert.
And just because I am first and want to restart this war out of pure fun: PALATSCHINKEN MIT MARILLENMARMELADE UND STAUBZUCKER
(Jokes aside, it looks delicious)
