    Just a heads up, while it doesn't take out from the experience of baba ghanoush or your video, this is not a Lebanese pita

    Although after looking up a recipe for it myself, I see it's the most popular result so this makes sense

  2. You should try allioli, from spain.
    The goal consistence should be as in El Comidista's allioli interview to a bartender.
    Tho there are easyer recipes made with a hand blender (not as worth).

  3. Yahteeah hello native here from AZ, we have a food similar to the fluffy bread in the video. There isn’t really a name for it in my culture but they looked exactly the same. They aren’t made the same nor eaten the same way with a dipping sauce. My family calls this fluffy tortilla “bááh” and I’ve seen friends call it “bubble bread.”
