Tried the new trend 8mins at 400F flip once, put in glassware to catch fat to pour back on top! Not as good as grilled or pan fried IMO but you can decide to have steak and 8mins later you’re eating!

I’ve tried it before, just using a cheap sirloin I had in my freezer. It really wasn’t that bad. Would I want it that way all the time? No. But if I can’t use the grill for whatever reason, I’ll do it again.

Some air fryers have a broil setting so I’ll try this. But I now just cook my Tri Tip in an air fryer. Quick, easy, and great char.

I’ve been wanting to try my air fryer, but hating to ruin a steak.. Not that I wouldn’t eat it, regardless.. In a skillet, I have trouble getting a nice crust without over cooking, while making a mess and smoking up the house, lol

Only time I will use the air fryer on a steak will be to reverse sear it. The even heating actually works great. 200F

Air Fryer has been working good for me. I eat a lot to keep up with a bodybuilding diet so I can’t do the long process on everything. Seer into air fryer been good on small cuts.
That being said I would never even eat wagyu because the fat content is atrocious.
