This is not a hate post, I am just honestly confused, someone gets dislikes for saying someone has an Ed but I get diagnosed with and Ed then I'm the one getting downvotes.
I have never had an Ed, but I am really wondering if people with EDs are welcome here or not?
And also, stop diagnosing eds based off of history.
First of all, I enjoy walking, it calms me down.
My bag is heavy because of school. I am not forcing that upon myself.
Lastly, I do tennis because I like it and basketball is my school sport.
And, you're allowed to underestimate or overestimate. I'm not the best at this type of stuff, but ever since I posted my cookie post I have been hesitant of posting anything to this community, though it would've been very helpful in certain occasions.
All these allegations had heavily stressed me out.
Can we try and not harass someone with ED allegations please and thank you.

So many men over 40 have ED. Just take a pill 20 minutes before. Why are there haters? And what does this have to do with calories. I’m so confused right now. 🍆
lol, the first photo is from my post and i do have an eating disorder.
if you know you don’t have an ED, then you dont need to explain yourself to strangers on the internet. i don’t know why you’d get downvoted for saying you don’t have an ED, that’s odd. hope you’re doing well. x
Sorry that happened to you. Has that guy been banned? I hope they were.
I think part of it is because you’re 15. People in calorie/weight loss subs will usually not support teens calorie counting/dieting (except under doctor or parental supervision).
I thought ED was erectile dysfunction or something forgetting we in a calorie count sub smh 🤦♂️
Tbh I think a lot of people just don’t want to feel like they are contributing to someone’s eating disorder by making it easier for them to count calories and therefore restrict. A lot of dieting/weight loss subs encourage people with eating disorders to go to eating disorder support pages and not post however it does create a grey area where people with eating disorders obviously can post without anyone realising or someone who does not have an eating disorder is made to feel bad (like people saying to seek help for a small plate when they have no idea if it’s a snack or a meal or whatever). Without clear rules from mods on how to handle this stuff different people have different ideas. Generally speaking tho I don’t think minors should be on weight loss/calorie counting subreddits and instead should seek help from parents and/or doctors
People are so weird on this sub about calling people out for eating disorders. Like just give the calorie count and fuck off
Better to eat something than nothing. They don’t care about anybodies ED, they care about not letting someone “be skinnier than them”. I know I’ll get attacked for saying it but that’s the truth and we all know it. You shouldn’t be discriminated against because of a disease. I’m sorry you had to deal with this, OP 🩷
I always thought a decent amount of people here have an ED and feel in control knowing the calories of what they’re eating
