So I have a 575pro I’ve been trying new things and ribs I have never been good at doing, but I have to say this is freaking delicious. Used meat church holy cow I forgot a binder oops! BTW are binder really necessary? I find myself forgetting to use them quite often. On for 2 hours at 250 did a foil wrap for another hour thirty at same temp then uncovered and used kinder bbq sauce for last 30 mins at 300 and they pulled a final temp of 205. I left the membrane on because these were not the meatiest bones and didn’t want the falling apart. Overall I’m happy with the way they came out.
