    Chicken chintan and dashi with shio tare. 48 hour cure 20 hour sous vide pork shoulder chashu. Homemade noodle. The egg is jammier than I thought many would be able to handle so I did not slice.

    Forgive my green onions, I forgot to chop them and rush last second.
