  6. I've seen your videos where you make your own yogurt and I'm wondering why you don't make your own peanut butter? It's incredibly easy if you have a food processor–just pour in the roasted peanuts and process until it releases the oil. It saves us a bunch of money, and more importantly, saves us from the chemicals and additives that is put into store-bought PB. (Or the high price of buying natural peanut butter from a health food store.) In any case, I love your videos and congrats on your second baby-to-be!

  7. Losing fat was so easy for me, but getting muscle is really hard. It's not that I don't know how to workout, but I just didn't eat enough and I didn't eat right food. I had to invest in a meal plan. When I got one from OnlyMeal things started to get better immediately. Last two months I feel that I am much stronger and I feel much more confident about my body.

  10. Dairy causes horrible acne for me but no lactose intolerance. Any chance goat whey would be better since goats aren’t given the hormones to make them constantly produce milk?

  11. Autumn I really enjoy your videos and purchased 2 of your eating plans. Now that LMNT has been revealed to essentially be salt, I am surprised as a nutritionist you recommended overpriced flavored salt. I understand this is your livelihood but your reputation is why you are viewed.
