Busy weekend on the Traeger- smoked these delicious beef ribs to perfection! Used Meat Church Holy Cow and super smoked till 175, wrapped in a steam pan with a little beef broth and foil. They were tender, literally falling off the bone! Wow!! Traeger-Q and Sweet Heat made perfect pairings for sauces! It’s the first time I used Post Oak pellets – totally amazing!!

The great part about beef ribs is you only have one cut of meat to bring to temp. Don’t need to worry about flats and points.
