*the macros in the title are for the base only:
25g AP flour (I personally used whole wheat)
30g whey protein of choice
200g nonfat greek yogurt (fat may work too, but it is generally thinner)
1 XL egg
1 XL egg white
Tsp vanilla extract
40g sweetener (I used erythritol)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix wet ingredients, combine dry and bake at 180 until a toothpick comes out clean (for me it took 20m to bake, every oven is different though)
Toppings & Tweaks I made:
• added 50g chocolate soy pudding and 30g blueberries on top (+55 calories)
• added 15g SF chocolate to the batter (+58 calories)
• replaced 20g of the whey with pb2 as my protein powder is pretty much digusting on its own haha (+18 calories, although it will stay the same if SF pb2 is used)
• used vanilla extract imitation (-9 calories)
In total, the tweaked version has 122 more calories.
