    I love McClure’s, but our place saves a ton every year on doing our own pickles, 2 batches every year, 30-40 gallons at a time

    I always scoop out a couple cups to make sure the brine and pickles are to quality… Every other day… Sometimes twice a day.. I fucking love pickle juice.

  14. I was once unsupervised for 5 minutes in the walk in with a full bucket of freshly opened pickles. I have many regrets in life, but what I did with those five minutes will never be one of them. My burps were pickle-ey for days after.

    Opening a new thing of pickles is always so satisfying. We don’t get that at my kitchen bc we make them ourselves. Instead we burn our noses every time bc of the spiciness
