Eating straight up ground beef may also be considered shitty by a lot of people. This meal is better than the eggs and bacon I usually eat for breakfast, at least.

If cooked / seasoned right and the right fat mix … **straight up ground beef can be great**.
Maid-Rite burgers and etc.

This looks really delicious, you got my interest with those caramelized sweet potatoes, haven’t tried them yet, they reminded me of caramelized ripe plantains. I also eat ground beef or ground beef with ground pork for breakfast, usually pre-cook it with just pepper and crushed garlic so when I’m ready to make breakfast, I just heat up a portion in a hot wok, add a little sesame oil and oyster sauce, and cook it until it gets a nice char. It only takes a few minutes, but the flavor is great without having to season too much.
