The calorie count includes the oatmilk for my latte ❤️(70cals). I saved some of the pb2 to dip the apple into (highly suggest adding cinnamon and reconstituting it with yogurt or milk to make it creamier)
Fun fact: you can cook a potato in the microwave. I also usually strain the soup to make a more chili-like consistency, microwave it with the spinach, then put it over the potato because I have low standards.

Also a desert for breakfast gal. I’ve been snacking on chocolate rice cakes for 60 calories.

How much work are these compilations on top of the counting?
Are you making them for future inspiration?
