4 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
200 g halloumi cheese, cut into strips or small pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
1/2 lemon juice squeezed
1 tablespoon maple syrup
sea salt
cracked black pepper
Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 lemon juice squeezed
1/2 cup basil leaves, finely shredded
1/4 cup dill, finely chopped (optional)
