Please don’t judge my taste lol but I’m really in the mood for a poke bowl from a place I like, but it’s very much a “build your own” type place and I don’t know how to estimate this 🙁 I’m on a deficit of 1,400 at the moment, so I know there’s def some lower cal options that I should be choosing, but I figured it wouldn’t really satisfy my craving if I got zucchini noodles instead or rice lol so I’m hoping to just get what I want and to enjoy it! I’m hoping to get:

-regular size (they have a regular and large portion, actual size of bowl is sadly not listed)
-white rice
-bulgogi chicken (though I’m willing to do tofu instead if you guys think it would really make a difference calorie-wise)

-cucumber
-edamame
-corn
-scallion (not listed on website for some reason, but I know the place has it in person )
-carrot
-orange slices
-egg

-a mix of sesame dressing and sriracha aioli. Or i can just limit it down to sriracha aioli, but again, idk if that would make any difference calorie-wise

I know the amount of each food will really determine things, but the best frame of reference I sadly have is a pic my friend took of her meal when we got it last time, and the last photo (showing my previous order which was pretty much the same as what I’m planning for next time). If someone could please give me a super rough estimate or guess, I would really appreciate it!! I’m really hoping it’s not above 1,000 but idk with the rice and sauces I wouldn’t doubt it 🙁
