So I wanted to make wings and followed the 0-400 method, used cornstarch instead of baking powder (did not have any) and flipped at 30 seasoned with random stuff (wife used a soy garlic seasoning on half and Traeger chicken on the other). I then used buffalo sauce (bdubbs medium) on the non soy garlic and put back on for 15 minutes and honestly this was really good. I usually like my wings crispier but the taste and consistency made me get pass my fear of non crispy chicken (had food poisoning once never again) will add to my rotation

When I take them off the traeger I’ll throw mine in the air fryer to make them crispy
