Today I just couldn't after I woke up from night shift so I whipped this together in <10 mins. I microwaved the green giant steamer as per directions, put that in a bowl, added frozen peas, canned Kirkland chicken breast, and 50g of cottage cheese. Mixed and microwaved again for another minute. Honestly was delicious, kinda gave tuna casserole vibes. Caution for the high sodium (1000mg) but as far as processed meals goal, this fit in my personal tolerances for convenience vs nutrition.
