Been under 30F? It’s like they were in the freezer. Throw them in your fridge and enjoy. You’d know if there was animal/pest damage.

I often do this in the winter. I’m a night shift worker and I’m usually asleep when they deliver and if it’s that cold I don’t even worry about it until I wake up.

Hello Fresh boxes take many days in transit to get to your house, that’s why they come with the ice packs. If there is still an ice pack that is partially frozen, you can be rest assured your food is just fine.
