Picked up a Prime Tenderloin from Costco. Made some beer cheese with Urban South’s Who Dat! Pile that on a pretzel bun and served it with Zapps Crawtators, Voodoo, and some kettle cooked bbq chips. Throw on some canned jalapeños from the int’l isle and Bam you got yourself Oktoberfest in early to mid January.
