It’s the overnight white bread from Flour Water Salt Yeast. Pretty sure my Dutch oven was not hot enough, or the bottom would’ve been a little darker. I also had a fight with my improvised proofing basket, so I’m definitely buying an actual proofing basket soon.

Looks great, especially for a first try! The crumb looks perfect in my eyes, not too dense or too airy. My first definitely came out far more flat haha.
