The Nebbiolo man from Yarra Valley!

A gorgeous ruby with a brickish hue. Cherries and mushroom with forrest floor leap out of the glass.

Medium bodied with very fine tannins, sour cherries, dried rose petals, a little black olive and clay pot, with some leather also peaking through. Great acidity and structure here, the fruits are juicy and the balance is amazing with subtle coffee and tobacco on the finish.

This is screaming to be had alongside a truffle risotto or ravioli. Yum.
